1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses HOLOGRAM® AI and forms part of our Terms of Service. It explains what you may not do when using the Service.
2. Prohibited conduct
You agree that you will not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- use the Service to create, request or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually exploitative of minors, or that promotes violence or self-harm;
- attempt to manipulate, jailbreak or bypass the safety systems, instructions or restrictions of the AI (prompt abuse), or use the Service to generate malware or facilitate other attacks;
- probe, scan, overload or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data;
- copy, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Service, or attempt to extract its underlying models, prompts or source code;
- use automated means to access the Service in a way that exceeds normal personal use, or resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service or its output without our permission;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
3. Enforcement
If you violate this Policy, we may suspend or terminate your access, remove offending content and, where appropriate, report the matter to the competent authorities. We may take these steps without prior notice where necessary to protect the Service or other users.
