Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 July 2026
1. Provider and scope
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of HOLOGRAM® AI and any related websites, mobile applications and digital products (together, the “Service”), operated by Phianeta Consultancy FZCO, IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. The Service
HOLOGRAM® AI provides an artificial-intelligence conversation experience together with optional digital content such as personalised reflections, a Soul Blueprint document and related materials. The Service is a tool for personal self-reflection. It does not provide, and is not a substitute for, medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Please read our AI Disclaimer for details.
4. Accounts
Access is granted through a login linked to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us without delay if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.
5. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
Some parts of the Service are offered on a recurring subscription basis. Unless stated otherwise at the point of sale, subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods at the then-current price until cancelled. The applicable price, billing interval and any introductory or discounted terms are shown to you before you complete your purchase. Payments are processed by our payment providers Stripe and PayPal.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation is available directly in the app through the cancellation function in your account area, or by contacting us at info@your-hologram.com. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period and is not renewed thereafter; access ends when that period expires. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a billing period unless required by mandatory law.
7. Digital content and right of withdrawal
The Service consists of digital content and digital services that are supplied immediately after purchase. Where you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal, you expressly request and consent to the supply of the digital content beginning immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. Beyond mandatory statutory rights, purchases of already-supplied digital content are non-refundable.
8. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and any content you receive for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit the content, and you may not copy, decompile or reverse engineer the Service. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, models and branding, is protected by intellectual-property rights and remains our property or that of our licensors. Content generated for you may be used by you for your personal purposes as described above; all other rights are reserved.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any content or output will be accurate, complete or suitable for your circumstances. We make no promises regarding any specific outcome, result, healing or improvement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory applicable law, such as liability for intent, gross negligence or personal injury.
12. Changes to the Service and to these Terms
We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service and may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, our operations or the law. We will make the current version available within the Service. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
