1. Our commitment

We take the security of HOLOGRAM® AI and of your data seriously. We apply technical and organisational measures to protect the Service, described in our Data Processing Information, and we continuously work to keep them up to date.

2. Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the Service, we ask you to report it to us responsibly so that we can fix it before it can be misused. Please send your report to info@your-hologram.com with the subject line “Security” and include:

• a description of the vulnerability and the affected part of the Service;
• the steps needed to reproduce it;
• any relevant technical details, such as request or response examples.

3. Responsible disclosure

We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate a reported issue before you disclose it publicly. Please do not access, modify or delete data that is not your own, do not degrade or disrupt the Service, and do not use the vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it. Acting in good faith under these guidelines, we will not pursue action against you for your report.

4. Response

We aim to acknowledge legitimate reports promptly, to keep you reasonably informed of our progress and to address confirmed issues in a timely manner based on their severity.
